DEFEAT THE ENEMY
Revelation 12:11
And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony, and they did not love their lives to the death.
Many opinions say that our greatest enemy is ourselves. Upon hearing this, we may see it positively or negatively. Many people who are struggling in a race will agree, that in order to stay in good spirits and focus, you need to give your best. Well, in our lives as believers, the Bible says that our enemy is not flesh and blood, but in evil spirits in the air.
Our enemy is not always flesh and blood- it is not human. Therefore, the Lord teaches us not to repay evil with evil, but rather, to repay evil with good. God teaches us that we can live peacefully with everyone. How? Are not we entitled to repay those who have cheated on us? Then what are our options?
Since evil spirits permeated the minds of humans, it has now become our battle to destroy the work of the devil: and we can, through the power of God. God gave us a weapon to destroy the work of the devil. The weapon that God gives us, is the Word of God, the power of the blood of Jesus Christ, the testimony of our lives.
The blood of Jesus may have been shed thousands of years ago, but the power of His blood is always here: through the living testimony of loving one another.
God gave us weapons to destroy the work of the devil.
