Hallelujahs And Hiccups

DAY 14 OF 14

Hallelujahs

Life is not a sprint, it's a marathon. The ones who thrive possess the agility to navigate the winding roads and twisty turns. When I think about the many times when it would have just been easy to quit, it would have been easy to throw in the towel, but something told me that I have a Hallelujah breakthrough that is coming so keep moving and praising God. Now I’m not going to give you the impression that it was fast and I didn’t regress but I can honestly say, "Hallelujah," I’m still moving forward, because moving and making progress is more important than remaining stagnant.

Here’s the important part, when you want to give up and you get weary, God will not give up on you; it’s just not in His DNA. So, what does never giving up really mean? It means believing in yourself. It means having a willingness to accept failure so you can learn and grow. It means not compromising on your most important values and walking the walk rather than just talking the talk. Hallelujah is the highest praise. So, can I get an Amen and a Hallelujah, because you have stayed the course and you just finished Day 14!

Prayer: God, give me a tenacious spirit and the mindset to grow and accept the things I cannot change but stay focused on the things that You can change. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
