No, Not Yet
Sometimes your most applicable response, if asked about your progress is, “I’m not there, yet.” That doesn’t mean it won’t happen. It just hasn’t happened yet. I believe every closed door is a “not yet.” Every missed opportunity is a “not yet,” every loss or setback is an opportunity for a “not yet” moment. What’s yours will come. The right people, the resources, the opportunities, the jobs, the passions, the hope. All these will find you when the timing is right. Exactly when you’re meant to have it. When God knows you’re prepared for it, you don’t have to fight for it. You don’t have to rush it. You don’t have to live in a constant state of stress or anxiousness. Let go and let God. It’s just not your time “yet.”
Prayer: Lord as I seek Your presence, I ask You to move on my behalf and direct me during the times when I’m at my lowest moments in the valley. I believe I have everything I need while waiting on You. Hide me underneath Your wings. I won’t be anxious, but I will continue to pray without ceasing. Amen
