Faith Facts For Kidsنموونە
Say this faith fact out loud: Having faith means you don’t just know about Jesus—you actually know Jesus!
You’re not saved just by believing Jesus is real. Lots of people believe Jesus was a real person, but they don’t yet know Him as God’s Son or understand how much He loves them. When you love Jesus and call Him your Lord, it’s time to openly declare you believe He forgives you and makes you right with God. That is when your faith saves you. That is when your faith makes you a follower of Jesus.
But hold on … openly declare? What does that even mean? Declaring your faith just means you believe Jesus is your leader, and you say so. But openly declaring your faith means you can talk about Jesus, how you believe in Him, how you’ve made Him the leader of your life—without feeling embarrassed or ashamed.
Watch the video and play Missing Words to help you memorize Romans 10:10 and remember that you’re saved when you openly declare Jesus is your Lord!
