An Adoration

To him who sits on the throne and to the Lamb: You are worthy to take the scroll and open its seals because you were slain, and with your blood you purchased man and women for God from every tribe, language, people and nation. You have made them to be a kingdom and priests to serve you, our God. Worthy is the Lamb who was slain, to receive power, wealth, wisdom, strength, honour, glory and praise! Amen.

Journal Exercise

When God tore the temple curtain, he signified that the righteous Christ’s death opened up free entry into his holy presence. Reflect on what this means to you. Express it in a written prayer and then enter his holy presence with joy.

Reflecting on the words of the two men, "Why do you look for the living among the dead? He is not here; he has risen!”Write a prayer telling God how this affects you.

Let us glorify God by proclaiming our saviour the Lord Jesus Christ in prayerful dependance on the Holy Spirit, so that everyone will hear his call to repent, trust and serve Christ in love, and be established in the fellowship of his disciples while they await his return.
