letter to the Jews 9

9
chapter nine
1however also the first (covenant) has had regulations for worship and a earthly Mikdash. 2because a tent is built become; the first, in which was the lampstand and the Table and the Bread of the Presence; which was named holy; 3and of inside of second (one) curtain a tent, which was named Holy of Holies, 4which has holding the golden altar of incense and the ark of the covenant, which is wholly was covered with gold, in which (it is was) a gold jar, which has holding manna, and Aharon's staff, which has budded, and the tablets of the covenant, 5and from above, (over the ark) the keruvim of glory, which have overshadow the (wrath propitiating) Mercy Seat (Rom 3:25), about which it is now not to speak in detail. 6and the these was so arranged, that in first (outside) Mishkan are the kohenim always entering, doing the ministry; 7however in the second (one), only the kohen gadol alone, one only time in year, not without blood, which he is offer for himself and for the ignorant sins of people; 8thereby shows the Spirit the Holy up, that the way to the Holy of Holies is yet not was revealed, while the first tent has had an existence; 9which is a parable for the present time; in which there is sacrificed offerings and sacrifices, which can not as regarding the conscience perfect make the ones, who do observances up the ministry, 10but are, with foods and drink and various Jewish traditions mikvehs, of the flesh regulations, and were imposed until to the time of Restoration of the world.
11however Moshiach, coming as a kohen gadol of the good coming things, through the greater and more perfect Mishkan, that not with hands made, this means not of the this one creation, 12also not with the blood of goats and calves, but with his own blood, is entered once for always in the Holy of Holies, and obtained an eternal salvation. 13because if the blood of goats and bulls and the ashes of a younger cow (heifer), becoming sprinkled on unclean, makes holy to the cleanse the body, 14on how much more will the blood of the Moshiach, who has Himself offer was, through the eternal Spirit, without a blemish to Hashem, cleanse your conscience from dead works to serve the living G-d? 15and on account of this is He the mediator of the new covenant, so that then as His death is become for a redemption of the transgressions, which are under the first covenant, should the those who are called received the eternal inheritance. 16because where there is here a will, there must occur the death of the One, who has made the will. 17because a will steps first into in enforcement, when one is already dead, else has it not any power when the one, who has made the will, lives. 18therefore is also the first covenant not initiated become without blood. 19because Moses, having said all commandments of the Torah to the entire people, has taken the blood of the calves and of the goats with water and scarlet wool and hyssop and sprinkled the Sefer and the whole people, 20saying:
the these is the blood of the covenant,
which Hashem has you (PL) commanded.
(Exodus 24, 8)
21and also the Mishkan and all pots/vessels of the ministry has he on a similar way sprinkled with blood. 22and according to the Torah it is almost all things cleansed with blood; and without blood shed gives/there is not any forgiveness.
23therefore is it actually was necessary, that the patterns of the heavenly things should cleansed be with the these, however the heavenly things themselves with better sacrifices, than the these. 24because the Moshiach is not entered in a Mikdash, which was made of human hands, a (mere) copy of the true; but real in heaven into, now to appear before Hashem's face for our sakes; 25not so that several times self alone he might offer, as the kohen gadol goes into in the Holy of Holies year in year out with not their own blood; 26because if so, would He have had several times to suffer since the beginning of the world; now however at the end of the times is He appeared to destroy the sin through the sacrifice of self alone. 27and as it is decreed become for people once to die and after that the day of judgment; 28so is also the Moshiach once offer become, to carry the sin of many, and a second time will he appear without sin to the (ones), who wait for him, for salvation.
