Luke 1:46-47 And Mary said, My soul doth magnify the Lord, And my spirit hath rejoiced in God my Saviour.
Some people teach that Mary, the mother of Jesus, was perfect and placed her on the same level as Jesus Christ. In our text, Luke 1:46-47, Mary herself acknowledges her need for a Savior, saying, "My soul doth magnify the Lord, And my spirit hath rejoiced in God my Saviour."
