Journey With Jesus 365ናሙና

“And Jesus said unto him, This day is salvation come to this house, forsomuch as he also is a son of Abraham.10 For the Son of man is come to seek and to save that which was lost.” (Luke 19:9-10)

This quote from Jesus comes after His encounter with Zacchaeus, a tax collector who had been despised for his dishonest ways. Jesus went to this man’s house, and Zacchaeus responded with repentance and a commitment to make things right. Jesus then declares that salvation has come to Zacchaeus’s home.

This passage is a beautiful reminder that no one is beyond the reach of God’s love. Jesus came to earth to transform lives and save those who are lost. His grace can change even the hardest hearts and bring hope to the most broken situations.
