HOW TO SPEAK BY THE SPIRIT OF FAITH (3)

The third key to speaking by the spirit of faith is to have a personal revelation of God. There are wrong beliefs about God. You will take anything from any source if you do not know much about God's mercy and lovingkindness. Many of us grew up with the wrong interpretation of Job 1:21, “The Lord gave, and the Lord hath taken away”. The devil was the one taking from Job; God doesn’t give you and take from you.

What kind of a God will give you a daughter or son and then take him/her from you? What kind of a God will use sickness to train you? If you have a child that misbehaves, do you teach the child obedience by breaking his leg? So, why do you say God is teaching you anything by sickness or a hard life? Why will God use the devil to teach you anything? A lack of understanding of the truth of God’s words has caused all kinds of dangerous teachings and beliefs in religious circles.

The devil brings things to test you, but God prepares and trains you like a teacher does before life’s examinations come, so that you have answers to the questions the devil is bringing. This is why you shouldn’t play in the School of the Holy Ghost (the church). Don't go to church without writing materials to make notes. Listen to the messages repeatedly because the examinations of life are cruel, and the examiner is merciless. God is not the examiner; He is the Teacher.

PRAYER: Father, I shut down every wrong imagination, thought and knowledge exalting itself against Your knowledge and affecting my faith. The spirit of faith takes over my spirit in Jesus’ name. Amen!
