HOW TO SPEAK BY THE SPIRIT OF FAITH (2)
The second key to speaking by the spirit of faith is avoiding anti-scriptural experiences. Learn to align the words of your mouth with what God has said. What has God promised you? What does the scripture say about your situation? That is what you must be speaking of, not accepting the negative anti-scriptural outcomes of the situation you are experiencing.
Sarah considered God, Who had promised her, faithful. The father of John the Baptist should have known that it was not difficult for God to do what He said concerning him because Sarah had a baby at 90. Mary was in a more difficult position because no one had experienced what happened to her before. Yet, she chose to believe the promise of God and declared, “Be it unto me according to thy word”. My prayer for you is that your manifestations in life will be as God has spoken it.
I had a church member who complained that he didn’t know what was wrong with his child. The child was having challenges academically. I told him I would pray for his child, but he had to change what he was saying concerning the child. He also had to encourage the boy and tell him he was brilliant. After doing all this, the same boy that used to occupy the thirtieth position out of thirty-three in the class moved up supernaturally to the seventh position and later joined the top three. No child of Christian parents ought to be a liability in school.
The words you are speaking will affect your child's brain. You are speaking words that will either change or establish their situations. Get into the scriptures and speak the promises of God for you against those anti-scriptural situations.
PRAYER: Lord, I bring every anti-scriptural situation in my life before You today. I declare that the promises of God will override every anti-scriptural situation in my life in Jesus’ name. Amen!
