What Pleases God (Faith)
- We are saved by grace through faith. Once we are saved, we are kept by the power of God, not through our own efforts, but through faith.
- The Bible says that faith is confidence in what we hope for—in other words, future things, including God’s promises. Faith is also an assurance about what we do not see—in other words, things that the natural senses can’t pick up (Hebrews 11:1). By faith, we “see” God who is invisible.
- Scripture tells us that without faith, it is impossible to please God (Hebrews 11:6).
