God Is Love: 10 Days in the Book of JohnНамуна

From Above
If we truly want to walk in the wisdom, truth, and goodness of God, then we have no further to look than Jesus. His life, his teachings, his example, are reflective of who God is, for Jesus Christ was, is, and always will be, God. No secret systems, no exclusive clubs, and no amount of money can guide us into deeper truth than what Jesus freely gives us. What a beautiful and liberating gift this is!
Jesus said, “To know me is to know my Father too.” (John 14:6 TPT). It could not be clearer. We don’t have to jump through any hoops, go on a pilgrimage to a far-off place, or shape-shift to others’ expectations. We come freely to Christ, the one who is from above, and he receives us as we are. We offer ourselves as gifts to the one who knows us from the beginning of time. Anything we could ever give, he outdoes in loyal and extravagant offerings of his mercy toward us. How could we but worship this wonderful King?
Jesus Christ, I give up my search for kingdom treasures outside of you. Thank you for fellowship that leads me into my liberation and deeper into your heart and perspective.
