Enter Apollos
An Italian couple helps open Apollos’ eyes to the truth about Jesus. Afterward, Apollos travels to multiple cities telling people the good news about Jesus.
Read: Acts 18:23-19:10 (NLT)
Explore the Theme: Though Apollos was a great speaker, there was still much for him to learn about the Lord. He had Priscilla and Aquila to thank for the greater knowledge he gained about God. What might it have been like for him to know so much about God and then find out how much more there was still to learn?
Ask God: We all have endless things to learn about our loving Father in heaven. The more time we spend with him and other believers, the more we can learn about his infinite qualities. It is important to never cease learning, no matter the knowledge we feel we’ve already acquired. Can you think of a moment in your life like the one Apollos had at that moment, discovering something new about the Lord?
Live it Out: Spend some time in prayer this week reflecting on the qualities you know and love about God. Ask him to reveal something new to you in these moments with him and ask for a renewed sense of curiosity about him so that you may pursue him with an open, desiring heart.

About this Plan
(Part three of a four part journey through the Books of Acts.) Even in (and especially in?) hard times, God is present and is working to build His Church. We can find encouragement in this. When circumstances force us to pivot, we don’t have to lose heart - God is with us.
