Feed Your FaithНамуна
I meet needs to show my faith in Jesus!
What does it mean to meet needs? It means to help people out when they need it!
Jesus told the story of the good Samaritan as an example of what it looks like to meet needs. The Samaritan didn’t care who the man who needed help was. He didn’t even care what it would take to help the man out. He stopped, bandaged the man up, and paid for the man to be taken care of.
You can be a good Samaritan, too. Keep your eyes open, and listen to what people tell you. If you see a need or hear about one, do what you can to meet it. If you notice someone needs something and you don’t know them well, always ask your family to help you out.
When you meet someone’s need, it’s a good thing that feeds your faith. And, when you meet the needs of other people, they can see your faith. Your faith might make them want to follow Jesus, too!
Talk It Over: What kinds of needs have you seen or heard about? Talk about what your family can do to meet those needs.
