INTROSPECTION:
To live defeated is to live outside of our intended design for life. The feeling of being defeated is very real and deeply unpleasant—it can be paralyzing. But it doesn’t need to be that way! Jesus’s entire life was a demonstration of power over sicknesses, over wrong, over challenges of life, over brokenness. The list goes on. And he has prepared that for today you can continue to know this freedom and hope.

Take a moment to look back over the journey of the last four days in your notes. Now, with your own words, thank Jesus that this continues into today as well and ask the Holy Spirit to refresh you.
