WHERE IS IT?
It’s horrible when you lose something you love – like your best computer game or a favourite teddy. You look everywhere to try and find it.
Jesus often told stories to people to help them find out more about God. One of those stories is in Luke, chapter 15, verses 8 to 10. It’s a story about being lost. What is it that gets lost?
Read Jesus’ story and think about the woman who had lost her coin. She was so happy when she found it again that she threw a party to celebrate.
Who celebrates when a lost person is “found” again by God and follows him? Look again at verse 10 to see. What a party!
Pray: You are even more precious to God than a silver coin or the best toy. Imagine him throwing a party for you! Tell him how that makes you feel.
