Attitudes are the mental filters through which we view and interpret the world around us. People with positive attitudes look for the best and usually find it. People burdened by chronically negative attitudes are not so fortunate.

Your attitude will inevitably determine the quality and direction of your day and your life. That’s why it’s so important to stay positive.

The Christian life can be, and should be, cause for celebration. After all, every new day is a gift, every new circumstance an opportunity to praise and to serve. So how will you direct your thoughts today? Will you focus on God’s love? Will you hold fast to His promises and trust His plan for your life? Or will you allow your thoughts to be hijacked by negativity and doubt? If you’re a thoughtful believer, you’ll think optimistically about yourself and your future. And while you’re at it, you’ll give thanks to the Creator for more blessings than you can count.

Attitude is the mind's paintbrush; it can color any situation.
