21 Days: Revive Us Again

DAY 19 OF 21

DAY 19: EVERYDAY MIRACLES

Reflection:

As we experience revival in our life, we will rise up to a new level of faith and expectation. Miracles, signs, and wonders no longer remain exceptional occurrences but become the natural outflow of our lives.

On the way to a prayer service, Peter and John were interrupted by a lame man. This man came to the Temple gate daily to beg and expected to receive some money from Peter and John. However, filled with the Spirit, Peter saw this interruption to his usual routine as an opportunity for an unusual miracle.

Although the man did not ask for a miracle, Peter had eyes of faith to see the possibilities in the midst of what others may have regarded as hopeless or unchangeable. He was confident in the power of God that he could access through the name of Jesus and transformed an ordinary gate into a place for an extraordinary miracle. This was only possible because God's Spirit was alive and flowing in his life.

When the living waters of God’s Spirit begin to flow in our life, we are empowered to see our everyday life with eyes of faith. Interruptions become invitations for God to do miracles. Today’s battles can be tomorrow’s testimonies. The fruit of being connected to the Source becomes visible in our lives, bringing healing, transformation, and miracles everywhere we go.

Response:

What are some circumstances in your life right now that you may see as hopeless or unchangeable? Begin to see these situations with eyes of faith and invite God to do miracles in these areas.

Invite the Holy Spirit to fill you and birth a new level of faith in what He can do. As you ask God to show you how He can do a miracle in your life today, declare that extraordinary miracles will begin to flow out even amidst the most ordinary or challenging circumstances.

About this Plan

21 Days: Revive Us Again

Revival. We may have sung it. Prayed for it. Declared it. Most times, revivals are invisible, gradual, and start up quietly in the place that matters the most – in our hearts.
