Open His Eyes.

“And Elisha prayed, and said, Lord, I pray thee, open his eyes, that he may see. And the Lord opened the eyes of the young man; and he saw: and, behold, the mountain was full of horses and chariots of fire round about Elisha.” 2 Kings‬ ‭6:17‬ ‭KJV‬‬

In this moment, Elisha was surrounded by the weapon of the enemy. When the enemy tries to intimidate you—choose to trust in God. When the enemy tries to choke you—choose to trust in the Lord. When the enemy tries to consume you—choose to trust in God. When the enemy tries to overtake you—choose to trust in Christ. 

When fear tries to swallow you whole—choose to rely on God. For God will lead you to victory. He will lead you through the storm. Don’t let the weight of the world sink your ship. For God is stronger than the waves that come your way. 

May God open your eyes to see that He is for you and that He is with you. For there is nothing that can overtake you. When you are in Christ you belong to Him. For you are a new creature. 

“Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.” 2 Corinthians‬ ‭5:17‬ ‭KJV. The old is passed away. Let the new in. ‬Wrestling is a choice. You can choose to bow to the Word or surrender to the cares and weight of this world.

Galatians‬ ‭5:1‬ ‭KJV‬‬ declares, “Stand fast therefore in the liberty wherewith Christ hath made us free, and be not entangled again with the yoke of bondage.” Be not entangled in the carnal things of this world. Choose to bow to Christ. For He will crush every enemy and army that tries to stand in your way. For our God is an all-consuming fire.
