# Follow With Your Whole Being As much as we need to get comfortable following God in all His wholeness and entirety, we also need to make a personal commitment to follow Him with our whole being. What this looks like is for us to follow Jesus not just with our words but in thought and action, too. This boils down to each of us going deeper within ourselves to seeing where we are lacking in commitment to truly following Him. Many times for those who know Jesus for generations tend to say the right verses and pray the right way but their hearts are far from God. Sometimes when we are fresh in our faith journey we tend to be all in with our heart and ready to follow where God leads, but our minds are not renewed in order to sustain the new life that we have begun living with Christ. It’s so important, therefore, to ask the Holy Spirit to help us discern where we are struggling to follow God and for His help to renew that part of our lives with His revitalising energy and power.
