Thriving in Your Singleness Part TwoSample
Day 2
God First, Then Coffee?
Where are you getting your daily dose?
On a daily basis, many people take multiple vitamins or medications. During this pandemic, many of us are going the extra mile to keep our immunity in check!
For all my coffee lovers, you can relate to this! We need a cup of coffee every day—24/7/365. I’m the type of person that needs coffee before any meetings or conversations. LOL! Some of us depend on our daily dose of coffee.
How many of us feel off when we aren’t getting our daily dose of prayer, quiet time with God, and reading the Bible? I don’t know about you guys, but if I missed my morning prayer before getting my day started, my whole day is crazy!
Where are you getting your daily dose?
Are you taking a daily dose of doubt, negativity, jealousy, fear, disobedience, envy, insecurity, depression, procrastination, pettiness, low self-esteem, anger, or frustration?
Are you taking your friend's dosage of gossip, backbiting, or lying?
Are you allowing the enemy to pollute your mind with fear rather than allowing God to put positive things in your spirit?
Are you taking a daily dosage of doubting your destiny?
Are you taking a daily dosage of doubting that you will ever get married?
Today the world has been in an uproar filled with uncertainty, confusion, sorrow, and fear. Every single person has been affected. It doesn't matter your skin color, status, fame, or money. We are all affected in some way.
The enemy wants to inject you with fear and lies that you will never meet your God-given mate. The enemy would like to inject you with loneliness, depression, and despair.
We can put our trust in a God who never fails. We serve a God who can turn things around even in a second. The best dosage that we need right now is JESUS.
Today's Challenge: Command your morning with positive declarations and decrees.
About this Plan
What do you do while you wait? Do you remain stagnant year after year? Do you reject the idea of growing? Do you stop working toward your dreams? Do you stop serving God and others? The answer is NO. Singleness is a time to THRIVE
