Wonderful Mercy
Have you ever met a parent who refused to believe their child did something they obviously did? No matter if the teacher saw, security video-taped, and everyone knows about the offense, the parent's response remains the same, "My son wouldn't do something like that." Something very similar happens in dating relationships. I've known of men whose “boo” is clearly bad for him (or anybody for that matter) but “love," aka delusion in many scenarios, blinds them from seeing the obvious. And all of us, for various reasons, have found ourselves wanting to believe what we wish were true as opposed to what is actually true.
That is nothing like how God deals with us. He is not like man; he knows what is actually true at all times. He knows exactly what you did, how many times you did it, and what you would have done had you had the opportunity. He know's every evil thought, idea, and intention you've ever had with absolute clarity. If God were to share with your community a tenth of the the sinful thoughts you had just this week, let alone this year, you'd have no friends. People would disengage with you even though their thought life is probably no better! But here is the beauty: God is completely Holy, nothing like you, and has all of your wretchedness in HD, but He still wants to engage with you. When people would stop loving you, His love would intensify! When folks run out of mercy, His reservoir continues to overflow.
Mercy doesn’t negate your mess; it’s patient with it. Mercy encourages you with God’s promise of what you will be. He is making you into His very own possession: cleaning you, forgiving you, and loving you. He’s making you better. Though you may have taken 1,000 steps away from God, His love closes the gap—making 1 step of repentance the distance of a return. He truly loves us. Believe on Jesus' wonderful mercy today.
“There's nothing you confess that can make [Jesus] love you less.”

About this Plan
Respected as an artist and as a lyricist, every word out of the mouth of rapper KB is God inspired. With his 2014 EP '100', the Reach Records emcee breaks down the idea behind always giving God 100% in everything. He says, "To do everything unto Him is to work like our lives are not ours but His. It's when we give "100" God is honored and this world impacted. That's what my new EP is all about."
