Pearls and Promises for Your MarriageSample
KNOW GOD'S HEART
Read Psalm 27.
The psalmist declares that even though a host encamps against him, he will not fear. Think through this psalm prayerfully. How can you respond when you are afraid?
TAKE IT TO HEART
Read 1 Peter 3:6.
Slowly and prayerfully read through today's Scripture. Copy and paste it into an email or text to yourself and/or write it on a 3x5 card and post it where you will see it - on your refrigerator, by your desk, or on your mirror. Hide it in your heart and meditate on it today.
SHARE GOD'S HEART
Imagine being completely vulnerable with your husband in the bedroom. Do you ever avoid being seen by him without your clothes on? Surprise him tonight or tomorrow night with something fun or special. What can you do to make yourself more available to him?
Maybe this isn't an area that challenges you. Where do you struggle in the bedroom? Share that with the Lord and ask Him for His wisdom and His way.
Confess any concerns, criticisms, or challenges you have. Lay them all before the Lord and look to Him to make a way where there may seem to be no way.
