DAY 6 OF 7

How to Share Your Faith with Confidence

Did you know that sharing your faith is actually a command that Jesus gave us? It’s true! But let’s be real—have you ever wanted to talk to someone about Jesus but felt super nervous? Maybe you thought, “What if they think I’m weird?” or “What if I say the wrong thing?” You're definitely not alone—talking about faith can feel intimidating.

But here’s the truth: sharing your faith isn’t about having perfect answers or sounding super spiritual. It’s about being real and caring enough to encourage someone and point them to Jesus.

Hebrews 3:13 reminds us to encourage one another daily. Why? Because life is tough. People are struggling, doubting, and feeling alone—just like you might sometimes. When you share your faith, it’s like reminding someone, “Hey, you’re not alone. God loves you, and there’s hope even when life feels heavy.” It’s about offering encouragement and reminding people that they matter to God. And sometimes, that simple encouragement can be life-changing.

And here’s the good news—sharing your faith doesn’t have to be awkward or complicated. It could be as simple as telling a friend, “Yeah, life’s been hard, but honestly, praying about it has helped me.” Or saying, “I’ve been learning about God lately, and it’s actually been encouraging me.” You don’t need a script or fancy answers. Your story is powerful because it’s real. People connect with honesty, not perfection.

Response:

Sharing your faith isn’t about pushing your beliefs on someone or making them uncomfortable. It’s about loving them enough to share what’s been real and meaningful in your life. Sometimes, it’s as simple as saying, “Hey, I’ve been thinking about you, and I’m praying for you.” Or sending a Bible verse that encouraged you. It might seem small, but God can use those moments in big ways. You never know how one simple conversation or one word of encouragement could open the door for someone to know God better.
