Under the Surface: Facing What's Hidden & Finding FreedomSample

Wrestling With Anger
It's easy to let anger consume us. Do we hold onto it? Let it control us? Hurt others with our words or actions? We can inadvertently do any of those things when our anger goes unchecked.
Jonah’s anger at God shows how easy it is to get stuck in resentment. But God invites us to handle anger differently – by processing it, forgiving, and seeking reconciliation.
How do you typically handle anger? Is there someone you need to forgive, or a situation you need to surrender to God?
About this Plan

We all have parts of us we try to keep hidden – thoughts we don’t say out loud, feelings we push down, struggles we hope no one sees. But healing can’t happen in hiding. God is inviting you to bring your struggles into the light. Through this plan, explore what Scripture says about the battles we fight beneath the surface and how honesty, community, and God’s truth can set us free.
