The Secret of PrayerSample

Living in Christ’s Victory
The cross is not just a symbol of christianity—it is the greatest victory ever won. Through His death and resurrection, Jesus didn’t just forgive our sins; He disarmed the enemy, stripping him of his power and securing our eternal triumph. The moment Jesus declared, “It is finished” (John 19:30), every accusation, curse, and bondage was nailed to the cross, ensuring our complete freedom.
Colossians 2:14-15 declares, “Having wiped out the handwriting of requirements that was against us… He has taken it out of the way, having nailed it to the cross. Having disarmed principalities and powers, He made a public spectacle of them, triumphing over them in it.” This means that the legal demands of sin—the accusations of the enemy were completely canceled through Christ’s sacrifice. He didn’t just rescue us; He utterly defeated the forces of darkness.
Because of this, you are not fighting for victory—you are fighting from victory. The enemy may try to deceive you, whispering lies of fear, doubt, and defeat. But Satan is a defeated foe. His power was broken at the cross, and his future is sealed (Revelation 20:10). The only weapon he has left is deception—convincing believers to live as though they are still in bondage.
But God has raised us up and seated us with Christ in heavenly places (Ephesians 2:6). We are not just saved; we are victorious, reigning with Him. When fear, doubt, or opposition arise, stand firm in the finished work of Christ. Refuse to accept anything less than the freedom, peace, and authority that Jesus died to give you.
You are not a slave to sin; you are a child of God. You are not a victim; you are a victor. Walk in the authority of the cross, knowing that Jesus has already secured your triumph!
