Praise You Still: Finding Faith in the Valley

DAY 4 OF 4

Day 4: Faith in Eternity

“There will be a day when we’ll see our Savior’s face.”

Right now, we walk by faith, believing in the unseen. But there will be a Day when faith will become sight. A Day when every longing will be fulfilled, and we will stand before Jesus completely restored.

1 John 3:2 reminds us of this promise:
"Dear friends, now we are children of God, and what we will be has not yet been made known. But we know that when Christ appears, we shall be like him, for we shall see him as he is."

This is the hope of every believer—that one Day, we will behold our Savior face to face. Every struggle, every hardship, every moment of suffering will fade in the Light of His Glory.

“All our tears are wiped away as Earth collides with Heaven.”

Our world is full of sorrow, pain, and injustice. But the story does not end here. God’s Plan is not just to take us to Heaven but to bring Heaven to Earth.

Revelation 21:3-4 gives us this breathtaking vision of what’s to come:
"Behold, the dwelling place of God is with man. He will dwell with them, and they will be his people, and God himself will be with them as their God. He will wipe away every tear from their eyes, and death shall be no more, neither shall there be mourning, nor crying, nor pain anymore, for the former things have passed away."

What a Promise! Every tear wiped away. Every wound healed. Every injustice made right. The broken world we know will be renewed in perfect harmony with God’s Original Design.

“There will be a day when the cloud of justice breaks upon these streets, and all will say, Christ, You reign forever.”

Injustice may seem to prevail now, but there is a Day coming when Christ will bring Perfect Justice. He will break through the darkness, right every wrong, and establish His Everlasting Kingdom.

Revelation 11:15 declares:
"The kingdom of the world has become the kingdom of our Lord and of his Christ, and he shall reign forever and ever."

And Isaiah 42:1 prophesies:
"Behold my servant, whom I uphold, my chosen, in whom my soul delights; I have put my Spirit upon him; he will bring forth justice to the nations."

On that Day, every knee will bow, every tongue will confess, and the world will recognize the Reign of Jesus. The battle will be over, and the Victory of Christ will be complete.

We are not there yet, but we live in anticipation of that coming Day. We endure suffering with hope, we fight for justice with perseverance, and we worship Jesus as the Reigning King—right now.

As we wait, we hold onto these Promises:

  • Jesus is coming again. (John 14:3)
  • Our sorrow will turn to joy. (Psalm 30:5)
  • Justice will reign. (Amos 5:24)
  • Christ will be exalted forever. (Philippians 2:10-11)

There will be a Day—so let us live with expectation, faith, and unwavering trust in the One who reigns forever.

As you listen to “Praise You Still” by Sound Chapel, reflect on these questions:

  • How does the Promise of Christ’s Return bring hope in your current struggles?
  • What does it mean to live today in view of Eternity?
  • How can you remind yourself daily that Jesus reigns, even in the waiting?

Prayer:
Jesus, I long for the Day when I will see You face to face. When every tear will be wiped away, and justice will reign. Until that Day, help me to live with unwavering hope. Strengthen my heart, remind me of Your Promises, and let my life declare that You reign forever. Amen.
