Miracles on the WaterSample

What am I supposed to do now? This could be Peter's question after seeing Jesus on a cross, he had not seen the end, he had not read Matthew 28 and he did not know that Jesus was going to rise again and would continue to do great things.
Surely Peter wanted to continue talking about Jesus to others, but these uncomfortable questions they asked him: "Why did he die? Why didn't he come down from that cross? Why didn't he defend himself?" (Mark 15:30-32).
Peter had no answers. He was as confused as they were.
So disappointing that he wanted to go back to what he knew. Has this happened to you? Those uncomfortable questions: Why, if you are a Christian and have seen miracles? Did you not see that person healed? Why did he die? Why didn't he just defend yourself? Now you are like Peter, you could preach to others while seeing tangible miracles, but now you feel that everything has turned dark.
You go back to the familiar. Peter saw waves coming and going: a great sea, and longing for a stroke of luck so that some fish would reach his net. It's not that you don't believe, you just don't know the answer.
Jesus stood on the shore and could see each one of them. He could recognize how they felt, and they only saw someone in the distance.
An order from Jesus changes the scene. "Cast the net on the right side." And there the miracle happens. A net that fills up, but does not break.
Peter remembers the first miracle and John remembers the author of that miracle.
It's Jesus, John says. God was saying to them: I did it once and I can do it again. You saw me in your first steps, and you will also see me until the end.
The sea of experiences still belongs to me. I still give the order for your provision.
I am still the one who feeds you. I can transform everything you know.
