Giving to others is one of the most valuable character traits for a child of God. You can give time and energy. The Bible is filled with verses and examples of people of all ages helping others. It doesn't matter if you have a lot or a little, it is the heart that matters. An act of kindness, no matter how small, can draw someone closer to God. Linda Znacho shares how giving of our time can make all the difference.

God is calling every one of us to be helping hands to people in need. May our light always shine to others in need. Set an example for others to see. You can make the time to listen to someone share. You can give a call or write a note offering a word of encouragement or forgiveness. You can visit someone. You may not know exactly what to say - that is okay. Just being there with them can make all the difference. Do not wait- show someone you care today!
