Now what do you say?&#8221; 6They were using this question as a trap, in order to have a basis for accusing him.</div><div class="p"> But Jesus bent down and started to write on the ground with his finger. 7When they kept on questioning him, he straightened up and said to them, &#8220;Let any one of you who is without sin be the first to throw a stone at her.&#8221; 8Again he stooped down and wrote on the ground.</div><div class="p"> 9 At this, those who heard began to go away one at a time, the older ones first, until only Jesus was left, with the woman still standing there. 10Jesus straightened up and asked her, &#8220;Woman, where are they? Has no one condemned you?&#8221;</div><div class="p"> 11 &#8220;No one, sir,&#8221; she said.</div><div class="p"> &#8220;Then neither do I condemn you,&#8221; Jesus declared. &#8220;Go now and leave your life of sin.&#8221;</div>

Who hopes for what they already have? 25But if we hope for what we do not yet have, we wait for it patiently.</div><div class="p"> 26In the same way, the Spirit helps us in our weakness. We do not know what we ought to pray for, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us through wordless groans. 27And he who searches our hearts knows the mind of the Spirit, because the Spirit intercedes for God&#8217;s people in accordance with the will of God.</div><div class="p"> 28And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who#8:28 Or that all things work together for good to those who love God, who; or that in all things God works together with those who love him to bring about what is good&#8212;with those who have been called according to his purpose. 29For those God foreknew he also predestined to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brothers and sisters. 30And those he predestined, he also called; those he called, he also justified; those he justified, he also glorified.</div>
