Day 19: Seeking God’s Will in Rest and Sabbath
God created rest as a rhythm of life, essential for our spiritual and physical well-being. Observing the Sabbath is a way to pause, reflect, and reconnect with God, setting aside work and worries to focus on Him. Rest allows us to be renewed, reminding us that our worth isn’t in productivity but in our relationship with God. Sabbath also helps us trust God with our time, believing He will sustain us even as we pause.
Today, reflect on your approach to rest. Are you making time to pause, refresh, and reconnect with God? Ask Him to help you find balance and to see rest as an essential part of living a life that honors Him.
Prayer Focus:
Pray for wisdom to balance work and rest, find renewal in God’s presence, and trust Him with your time.
