Bible in 90 Days (B90)Sample
Day 72 • Summary • Mark 6–15:20
After Jesus finishes calling His disciples, He sends them out to prepare the way. However, He soon faces growing opposition from the people looking for a mighty king, not a humble servant. As Jesus moves to the culmination of His ministry, Mark continues to emphasize Jesus’ works, particularly His miracles, rather than His words. Jesus’ arrest, mock trials, and abuse by the Roman soldiers set the stage for His death on the cross.
