The Love That Brings Us BackSample

The Love That Brings Us Back

DAY 6 OF 6

There is an indescribable peace in knowing that, after so much wandering, we have finally found our place. Being home, in the deepest sense, is being in the arms of our Shepherd, where all our searching quiets, where restlessness and confusion disappear. Coming home is more than returning to a physical place; it is rediscovering true security in the heart of God.

How many times have we tried to hide? How many times have we run to places that could never satisfy us? But now, we understand that being in the flock of the Good Shepherd is the only place we truly belong. He calls us back, not with reproach, but with a love that restores and welcomes us. Being with Him is more than living—it is living in fullness, where our hearts can finally rest.

And now that we are back, a new joy springs up inside us. We know the way home has always been open, and we no longer need to be lost. The joy of being with God, of living under His care, is greater than anything the world could offer. We are complete, we are saved, we are at peace.

Prayer: Lord, here we are, like sheep rescued by Your love. Thank You for never giving up on us, even when we strayed. Today, we recognize that only in You do we find true peace and joy. Help us to stay on Your path, to remember that we always have a home in You, and to trust that in every step we take, You guide us with care and firmness. May Your presence be our safe place, and may we live with the certainty that we are loved, welcomed, and protected by You. Amen.

About this Plan

The Love That Brings Us Back

Even when we stray, the Good Shepherd never gives up on us. He seeks us with love and carries us back on His shoulders, bringing us to the safety of home. Often, we hide in empty places—work, distractions, trivialities—but true joy is found in serving and being with God. The invitation stands: return to the Shepherd's arms and experience the peace of being home once again.
