Visualize yourself as a work in progress, being continually refined and renewed. Know that God is making you whole through a process of redemption and sanctification, of reconnecting and strengthening. As you read today’s Scripture, embrace the journey of becoming more like Christ.

Reflection

God’s work in us is ongoing. We are being made whole through redemption and sanctification. In other words, God moves toward us, doing what it takes to break down barriers to show up in the struggle of life. And then, in our relationship with Jesus, God slowly changes us to be more Godly. This process is continuous, transforming us to reflect Christ’s image. Embrace the journey, knowing that God is faithful to complete the work God began in you.

Consider the areas in your life where you are experiencing God’s refining process. How can you cooperate with the Holy Spirit in this journey of being made whole?
