Persecution and FaithSample

The Student is Not Greater Than the Teacher
Peace/Salam/Shalom, my friend. It is exciting to see how the Bible speaks about life issues that we experience daily. Today’s study is about our role as students of our teacher the Messiah Jesus. As you read today's scripture, consider the following questions:
What is the comparison here?
Why it is important to be like our teacher?
Can God use persecution to bring people to faith in the Messiah?
How does persecution of believers convict those who are the persecutors?
Have you seen this happen in your experience?
It is always a joy to be the reflection of the Messiah to others. When we share His teachings, we will be like the salt of the earth. We shine a new light and teachings on specific topics. However, when we live like our Messiah and behave like Him even amid persecution, God is glorified. God’s judgment comes on the persecutors, but furthermore, it convicts them of the coming judgment. Additionally, when others see our life, they will know we are the followers of Jesus. Only then the student is like the master. Only then we are the ambassadors of Jesus.
