Young Women

Like a lily among thorns is my darling among the young women.

Then young women will dance and be glad … I will turn their mourning into gladness; I will give them comfort and joy instead of sorrow.

Praise the LORD from the earth … young women … Let them praise the name of the LORD, for his name alone is exalted …

… I do not understand: the way of a man with a young woman.

Then (the older women) can urge the younger women to love their husbands and children, to be self-controlled and pure, to be busy at home, to be kind, and to be subject to their husbands, so that no one will malign the word of God.

As a young man marries a young woman, so will your Builder marry you; as a bridegroom rejoices over his bride, so will your God rejoice over you.

All glorious is the princess within her chamber; her gown is interwoven with gold. In embroidered garments she is led to the king … Led in with joy and gladness, they enter the palace of the king.
