We are years down the line from Joseph and his brothers. Things had gone well for them in Egypt, and they always had good favor with the Pharaoh and the people. But the last verse in this passage gives us a hint that things are about to change. The goodwill Joseph's family had with Egypt is about to run out, and the people who were once grateful for the Israelites are now going to turn against them.
Think it Over: Has your faith ever made someone not like you or treat you differently? How did you react to that?
