Worth SharingSample
What is one of your favorite experiences? Was it an epic day at a theme park with your family? Was it a life-changing week at summer camp? Was it winning the championship game at the end of a really intense season?
Now that you have that experience in mind, think about all of the details. Where were you? Who were you with? What did you see, hear, and smell? What emotions did you experience?
You've probably shared the story of that experience with your friends. We love to talk about exciting moments. We can't wait to tell stories about things, people, and places that we love.
When it comes to sharing our faith, we may struggle with knowing what to say. We want to make sure we say things correctly. We may feel like we need to memorize certain Scriptures and have a step-by-step plan on how to talk about Jesus. With all of this pressure we put on ourselves, sometimes it is easy to give up before we've even started.
Thankfully, sharing our faith doesn't have to be overly complicated. We don't have to have our faith all figured out. We don't have to memorize specific Scriptures. Just as we love to share stories about our favorite experiences, God invites us to share the stories of what Jesus is doing in our lives.
Our friends aren't looking for us to get all the facts right with the first share. Instead, they will be most impacted by hearing stories of how Jesus is transforming our lives.

About this Plan
For the next four weeks, we'll follow the story of Samuel to see how God called him to share his faith through his words and actions. We'll discover how God invites us to share the Good News, see why sharing the Good News should start with prayer, explore what to do when sharing the Good News sometimes requires risk, and see how sharing the Good News can happen every day.
