2 CorinthiansSample
How do you walk in His strength when you know your weaknesses? Sometimes our weaknesses are small and pesky, sometimes they make us immovable. David seems to have this idea down pat, let’s take a look at Psalm 62:8
What do you notice about the direction of David’s instructions?
He says first -Trust God
Then, pour your heart out to Him, happy, grieving, confused. Pour out your heart and find that - He is your refuge and strength.
We often feel the need to come to God with fake emotions, but He created and knit every fiber of your being together, He knows what you need in the rawest moments. Hiding these things from Him only creates distance, pouring out to Him realigns your heart you again see Him as your safe place and strength. When we lean on the Spirit of God for direction, we are opening our hearts to something supernatural happening in our lives.

About this Plan
We are going through the book of 2 Corinthians together! We will be reading one chapter every week as we usually do, but this time we have also included devotions and other passages to read on certain days. We hope you will follow along with us as we deep dive into Paul's second letter to the church in Corinth and seek to see what we can learn from it today as we seek to follow Jesus together.
