Close to the Cross
If you and I stay close to the Cross and to Jesus Christ who died there, who rose again, and now lives forever, we’ll never lose sight of what was given at Calvary: everything.
And if we remember that,
we’ll always remember to forgive,
we’ll never be afraid to give,
we’ll have found the way to live.
We won’t stop to count the cost of anything God asks us to do. It will never seem like a little or a lot because our lives will be lived in the light of the Cross—where everything takes on a different perspective.
