The Right “Stuff”
Have you ever found yourself shrinking from God’s call—His prompting to believe, to step forward in faith, to answer a moment of commitment? Have you ever responded, “I’d like to, Lord, but You’ve got the wrong person. I don’t have that kind of stuff in me!”
And that’s just the point.
Jesus never calls us on the basis of the “stuff ” we have in ourselves. It’s always on the basis of what He can work in us by His power—by His Holy Spirit. He has the right “stuff,” and He knows how to install it in each of us who will let Him have His way.
