Wisdom and joy are gifts we need in every season of life. We can have knowledge in a bunch of different areas but wisdom is different! Wisdom is doing what is best no matter what. Living with wisdom can bring us a ton of joy. Jesus came to earth to take the weight off of us by giving us access to the greatest source of wisdom anyone can have–wisdom directly from God. This wisdom helps us make great choices, and as a result, helps us live joy-filled lives.
The next time you are faced with a big decision and you have no clue what to do, ask God for wisdom and remember this verse. Then, once you know the wise decision, make it, and watch how joy shows up. Where do you need wisdom today?
