The Conclusion of the Matter

Do you ever get to the end of a movie and immediately start the sequel? Do you ever listen to a song on repeat because you can’t get enough of it? Do you ever get near to the end of a book and slow down because you don’t want it to end?! We are in the last 16 verses of the longest chapter in the Bible. Don’t be sad - you can go back to the beginning and start it again if you like! This Psalm started declaring the blessing of those who walk in God's words. What is this song's conclusion? How does it end? Let’s check it out:

GO DEEP: Vs 166: This one verse might wrap up the conclusion of the song! Write it down in your own words - words that you can pray and remember. Maybe something like this - “You’re the answer to every challenge so I’m going to wait to see what you do. I’m going to obey your words while I wait!”
The next two verses mention obedience two more times - it’s a big deal! We don’t just know God's words - we live them!
Vs 176: The last verse of the Psalm makes the same point again! Take the time to write it out in your own words again - maybe something like this - “I’m like a lost sheep - my God is the one who saves me! That’s why I obey His words!”
