A Simple Rule: 40-Day Prayer JourneySample
Rejoice always
‘Praise and glory and wisdom and thanks and honor and power and strength be to our God forever and ever. Amen!’ (Revelation 7:12)
The act of rejoicing is something quite different from naive optimism. It is not subject to the ups and downs of the circumstances of our lives. In fact, Jesus warns that in this world we will have trouble. Rejoicing is based on the spiritual knowledge that God has overcome the world in Jesus.
