6 Cues to Find Your CallingSample
What is your general calling? What every Christian is called to do.
It is simple, and I use the 3 F's to sum it up: Follow, Forsake and Fish. We are called to follow Jesus and love God. As followers of Jesus Christ, we are called to forsake sin and live a holy life. Every believer is called to fish for souls. There are numerous things we are called to do according to the Scriptures, but this is the general calling of every Christian.
Do not be anxious or become impatient about your calling. Instead, do what God instructs: read your Bible, pray, be a faithful member of your church, and focus on doing your general calling.
You don’t have to wait for a stage; look for any place you can serve.
You don’t need a spotlight; you are the light of the world.
You don’t need a microphone; you already have a message.
You do not need a position or a title, you need a towel.
Use your time wisely and engage in God’s general will for your life.
Today’s Prayer:
Heavenly Father, I pray Your Holy Spirit leads me to know Jesus and fall in love with You. I want to be so deeply in love with You that I joyfully obey Your general will for my life. In Jesus' name, I pray, amen.

About this Plan
People often ask, "How do I know what I am called to do?" With this plan, I want to explain how there is a general will of God for every Christian, and this general will of God involves: following Jesus, forsaking sin, and winning souls. However, as you continue partaking in God's general will for your life as a believer, His specific will for you begins to be uncovered.
