52 Bible Verses to Teach Your KidsSample
Some deny there’s a supernatural world with an enemy called Satan, but if we’re honest, we can see evil today trying to harm humanity, and we see that throughout the Bible. That might seem scary, but the good news is the Bible gives us some clues to how the enemy operates, which gives us an advantage in defeating him in our lives. Remember, because you’re a follower of Jesus, the devil cannot defeat you. Today’s verse says the devil roars “like” a lion, but we serve the true Lion of the tribe of Judah!
QUESTIONS
Did you know with Jesus, you have more power than the devil? Have you ever felt like you could feel something evil? Did you pray in Jesus’ name to stop it?
CONFESSIONS
There is a devil, but the Holy Spirit in me is stronger. I will walk in power and authority in Jesus’ name.

About this Plan
Each of these 52 Bible verses is formative to our understanding of God, the world, and our lives. Read the devotional with your child. Ask them the question and have them read the confession out loud. If they are old enough, they can read it, but they can help them understand the verse and how it applies to their lives.
