Women of WorthSample
Thank you Virtuous Woman of God! As we bring our time together to a close, I want to share with you a poem I wrote based on Scriptural Identity. My hope is these words of truth will wash over you, letting it produce in you hope and deep abiding peace.
Who am I?
I Am Who Christ the Rock says I Am…
Redeemed and Reborn
The Holy Carpenter of my heart doesn’t renovate, He recreates
Who am I? I am new creation in Christ Jesus (2 Corinthians 5:17)
I am His workmanship, His grandest work of art (Ephesians 2:10)
His epic poem of creation (Ephesians 2:10)
Precious in His sight (Isaiah 43:4)
I Am Who HE Says I am….I am a minister of truth, grace, and love
A minister of reconciliation (2 Corinthians 5:18-19)
My Bread of Life (John 6:35)
He satisfies the depth of my hungry soul
Who am I? I am a child of God….I call Him Abba (John 1:12, Romans 8:15)
The God of the Universe rejoices over me with singing (Zephaniah 3:17)
He calls me friend (John 15:15)
Who am I? I am the light of the world, the salt of the earth (Matthew 5:13-14)
I am meant to season the earth His truth, love and His joy
I am His Bride (Ephesians 5:30-32)
I Am Who HE Says I Am…
His beloved (1 Johnn 4:7-8, 1 Corinthians 15:58)
His daughter (1 Johnn 3:1)
My Dad’s the King (1 Timothy 6:15)
Chosen by Him, I stand before Him innocent (Philippians 3:9)
Adorn in His garment of salvation (Isaiah 61:10)
Wrapped in His righteousness, wrapped in His love (Isaiah 61:10)
He has woven redemption and restoration into the fabric of MY story (2 Corinthians 5:18-19)
Who am I? I’m an overcomer, kept by the power of God (1 John 5:4)
With the swoop of His mighty hand He drew me from the Kingdom of Darkness
Into the Kingdom of His Glorious Light (1 Thessalonians 5:5)
Who am I? I am a picture of God’s masterful creativity,
His healing
His transformation and His Amazing Grace
I Am Who Christ the Rock Says I Am

About this Plan
A good part of my life has been spent questioning my worth and my purpose as a woman. In my journey to discover my true identity in Christ, I went to the one place that would unravel the truth about me, the Word of God.
