Pushing Your Faith

Now, faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. – Hebrews 11:1 (KJV)

Have you ever noticed that it is easier to push others than yourself? It takes nothing but a thought for you to do whatever someone else needs from you for them to succeed at what they're striving for. Without any reservations, you're loyal to them, their dreams, and their ambitions. At the same time, your love for them is partially why; the more significant reason is that you're fighting fear. Fear has convinced you to become engulfed in everything and everyone else so that you'll never find the faith to stand on your own. That's not healthy; it's not God's will concerning you.

Today is the perfect day to dismiss fear. Evict it from your heart! Resist fear just like temptation and begin to feed your faith. Help your faith to grow; fight for it. You have to choose who wins!

Fear ends with a period, and a comma follows faith. There is always something else that God springs up in you that follows your belief. Begin to renounce the spirit of fear today so that your faith will produce and your purpose will be realized and fulfilled. 

Prayer: 

Father, I thank you now for my faith. I understand that fear will come, but it will not overtake me. Allow Your love to show me the confidence that produces results in Jesus' name. Amen
