All Change (Week 4)Sample
Day Seven - I Can Make Good Choices
This week we are going to be looking at how ‘I Can Make Good Choices!’
READ: Jonah 4
Jonah had a hard lesson to learn and it caused him to miss out on God's best for his life. Do you think God wanted Jonah to spend three days in a stinking fish? Do you think God wanted Jonah to be angry and upset because he didn't want to share God's love and mercy? No! But God did love Jonah enough to show him the consequences of his actions and how to make good choices.
ASK:
What lessons can you learn from this week's devotional?
Chat with someone about all that you have learned this week. To help you remember, draw a picture, write a poem, or even a short story about Jonah and the big fish.
REMEMBER:
Isaiah 43:19:
"Look at the new thing I am going to do.
It is already happening. Don’t you see it?
I will make a road in the desert.
I will make rivers in the dry land."
SAY:
Thank you, Lord, that you have created me uniquely and wonderfully.
Help me to love you and everyone you have placed in my life and
to become more like you every day - in Jesus' name - Amen.

About this Plan
Welcome to this devotional for kids! Our "All Change" series is inspired by our changeling DNA. Just like a caterpillar changes into a butterfly, we can all grow and change as we become more like Jesus by shaking off the old and stepping into the new. As we journey through this together let's learn all about the purpose God has for us!
