Given that we just walked through passion week and celebrated Good Friday, it is a wonderful day to remind ourselves that because of Jesus and His death on the cross, we carry with us an abiding hope that nothing, nothing can take away! We have such amazing hope because of His sacrifice. Even as we look to Him during this pandemic, let us remember that we may be “perplexed” but we have no need to “despair” because Almighty God – El Shaddai – is for us and with us. We can live a joyful life even during this time.
Pray for:
• A shift in our perspective, that we will not just seek to “survive” this pandemic but truly thrive in these days.
• For a closer walk with our Heavenly Father.
• A deeper understanding of the suffering that Jesus chose to undergo for each of us.
